Installation of the blanket is pretty straightforward and should not take long depending on your application.

You’ll need a flexible measuring tape for this installation. With a few measurements and a little work you’ll have your starter shield installed in no time.

Remove the turbo blanket from the packing and prepare your engine bay for installing the blanket (i.e. move anything you can away from the turbo so you can get full access to it).

Our ties normally do not require any tools to install them properly but here are a few tips to make your installation procedure go a bit easier.
