Shipping and Return Policy
Thermal Zero’s goal is to provide quality performance heat insulation products and many other parts that are hard to find elsewhere over the internet 24 hours a day. In doing so, we adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Thermal Zero attempts to ship your order within 24-48 hours of being placed, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day. Normally items ordered within the United States will be shipped out the same business day as long as the order is placed before 4:00 pm EST.
Products can be shipped using standard USPS First class, Priority, Express or UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Thermal Zero charges shipping fees for some Thermalzero.com orders delivered via Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air based on the UPS or USPS shipping cost of the weight of the item(s) ordered. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. Please contact us for shipment to APO address. Thermal Zero reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s).

For customers with in the US lower 48: please place your order before 4:00 pm EST Monday through Friday in order to receive same day shipping other wise it will go out the next business day.
Worldwide customers: We use DHL Express or USPS to ship international shipments and our USPS guy comes really early in the morning… Therefore in most cases your order will go out the next business day.
In some cases your shipment will be sent the next business depending on if your payment is made after our shipping time cut off.

East Coast – 3 to 5 Days
Midwest – 1 to 2 days
West Coast – 5 to 7 days
International – Please email us for shipping costs and delivery times.
Returns
All products sold by Thermal Zero are covered under at least a 30 day Guarantee Against Defects. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to Thermal Zero’s restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Thermal Zero. Returns will not be accepted without and RMA number or prior authorization.
All products returned to Thermal Zero must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Thermal Zero. The RMA is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. Please contact us by phone or email to request an RMA number. Please have the following information at hand when requesting a replacement:

Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item back:

- All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware.
- Include your packing slip from the original order.
- You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.
- All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.
Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, custom order items, electrical products, and clearance/closeout items.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the item and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.

All refused items will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the item.

All other cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 6% of the total purchase.

Back Orders
If products in your order are not in stock, they will be placed on back order for you. Back order items are items in short supply and will be shipped as soon as product becomes available. Please contact us to verify back order status.
